- Send a cheque or money order. $6.00 for the first two editions then $3.50 each further edition (inc p+p)
- Britain
- Make English cheques payable to "J. Hartnell" for five pounds (for the first two editions) inc P+P, 3 pounds each ed after that. Or use an international money order (see "Other Countries".)
- Other Countries
- Send an international money order, equalling (Aud)$10.00 for your first two editions, then (Aud) $6.00 for each further edition
