Hi Hilary, At the school I went to, the setup was the same as at Norbridge High. In the sixth form, which is the final two years of secondary (high) school where kids can stay on and do A Levels, pupils were allowed to wear their own clothes as opposed to the rest of the school who, as you can see in PG, have to wear school uniform. In my experience it was a bad idea since the younger kids saw us older kids swanning about in casual clothes and they had no respect for us. When I was 11 the sixth formers at my school had to wear blue jumpers for the boys, and red jumpers for the girls. The sixth formers stood out, but they were smartly dressed and everyone respected them.
