Working purely from memory here, in one of the Something Terrible
episodes, when Colin enlists Tiddler to find out about Cindy, doesn't
she say that she's a first year? I've always taken this to mean that
she's supposed to be younger than Tiddler who is at least a second year
(age 12-13). But she may have been a first year when she joined.
"Lower school" means either first or second year, but I'm not sure how
long Something Terrible was set after Tiddler's first arrival at the JG.
Tiddler always looked at least 13 to me when she joined the JG (but then
I was only 9, so who knows!). Apparently Joanna Dukes was actually 18
when she took the part of Tiddler.
And the girl that played "Young Lynda" in Going Back to Jasper Street
would be almost 19 by now... that is very scary!
