I noticed it on the "tom Jones" write-up in the paper, saw someone (a
politician I think) use it in a casual (sl. comic) interview on TV, and have
heard it in converstion a number of times recently, before which I don't
recall hearing it.
Of course, my psychology-studying friends have their little explanations for
this...
...but then again...
