Yes I know that you are right but it still is weird for me (being only 15
and all). Mind you I believe that I still would have noticed people talking
about "Press Gangs" because of the television show even if I didn't know
what they were talking about. Also is therre another performer called Lee
Ross. My Bolivian exchange student friend asked my what my favourite band
was and not being particulaly passionate about any bands I just said "The
Gift" (even though all I know of them is that they are Lee Ross's band and
were in Press Gang)and mentioned (for the benifit of my friends who have
come to enjoy my continual references to Press Gang) that one of the band
members was Lee Ross. My friend then looked Lee Ross up on the internet and
got some info on some other performer who isn't our Lee Ross.
