Correct me if I'm wrong but in the voiceover at the end of "A night in",
Julie was telling Sarah about seeing a giant pink rabbit (Colin) while
she was waiting at a bus stop.
The thing to remember about the characters having cars is that you
cannot legally drive in the UK till you are 17. You can't even learn to
drive (legally) until you have had your 17th birthday. The first and
second seasons occur during the characters final year at secondary
school (age 15 -16), so it would be about right that some of them start
driving in season 5.
Talking about transport, I spent ages one time trying to figure out
which station is the one pictured in "Friends like these". I travel by
train quite a lot and I thought there would be a chance I might
recognise the station. I'm not sure if I do or not, but I think it might
be Slough station. It has the right sort of layout to be.
There might be 2 sides to every story, but I'd say try to see it from
both sides of the paper.
