Hello, everyone... I don't normally post anything much to this list (I can't really think of anything worthwhile to say), but I was wondering if I could ask for a little help with something I'm putting together? A friend has asked me to do a small piece on Press Gang for a fanzine he's putting together (tiny circulation, probably for about thirty or so people). I've basically got the history down (how it started, who Mr Moffat is, who the main performers are, broadcast history, that sort of thing) - but I wanted to try and fill it out a little. Would anyone be willing to share any stories or suggestions they might have which would add a little "colour" to the piece? I'm basically trying to make it a little less dry, 'cos I'm not the best writer in the world. If you'd be willing to share your thoughts I'd be happy to hear from you either through the list or by private email - I'll try to make sure everyone gets a credit and a copy of the article at least (heaven only knows when that's going to be - those who've written for fanzines will know that a deadline is a nebulous thing). Thanks in advance. By the way, any PG'ers in Scotland (specifically Edinburgh)? Fancy going for a drink, if there are? Cheers to everyone!
