Please don't send file attachments to the list. They tend to be huge.
If, for example, someone sends a 1 Megabyte message to a list with 100
people that means that the server has to send out ONE HUNDRED
Megabytes of traffic...

The list server will catch anything over 50K now - I think that's a
reasonable limit.
