Yes indeedy, she was.

No.

Well I did. I haven't in years. Nadine Gardner, Alex Papps, Kylie Minogue...

The Mysterious Cities Of Gold.
39 episodes, French/Japanese co-production, dubbed into English by Saban
Entertainment. It was about a Spanish child named Esteban who travelled on
a ship to South America in search of the lost city of gold, El Dorado. On
his way he meet a girl named Zia (who turns out to be his sister).
By the end of the series a historical adventure in the 16th century has
exploded into dogfights between gold robot condors and alien warships,
extraterrestrials named Olmecs attempting to destroy the world and a
ceramic pot being the only thing standing between the heroes and the
destruction of the Earth's core.
"Children of the sun, see your time has just begun. Searching for your
way, through adventures every day..."
Yeah, I remember it... :-)
Cheers!
