  For those who are interested, I checked this out and it IS Dexter Fletcher
playing the part of Otto in this movie, according to the Internet Movie
Database. Check out
http://www.tvguide.com/movies/mopic/pictures/39/39061.htm for the review and
the credits. Keep scrolling, for he's not very high on the list of players.
