i've been holding impromptue pg viewings at the ben and jerry's where i work
(in case anyone has nothing to do on a monday afternoon and wants to go to
california!). i only have something really pathetic, like eight episodes on
tape (but michelle in GA will soon fix that!), and they're in a skewed order
because of my family being kind enough to forget to put my tape back in and
taping over my meager episodes and everything. anyway (i've been breathing
ice cream all night, sorry) on my poor little tape, the last half (my beloved
sister taped over the first half, along with Head and Heart and In the
Picture) of Quarter Til Midnight (one of my favourites) is right before Page
One. i don't know if anyone else has noticed, but Lynda started out trying to
find her first story, with that scary man who thought the Star Wars toys were
a breach of national security, and it flopped, and then, in Quarter Til
Midnight, she was researching another story, also about children's toys, but
this one seemingly legitamate. i wonder if the use of children and toys twice
was done purposely, or just totally by coincidence, since the Junior Gazzette
is for kids, and toys are always of interest, especially if someone dies.
hmmm.
pardon me while i cleanse the ice cream from my brain.
