I agree that this was one of the weakest episodes. The fact that the
vault just happened to be precisely centered relative to the
residences of four of the Junior Gazette staffers, that Lynda spotted
this while in the safe, and that she managed to communicate it despite
having a disabled phone, is just stacking one improbability upon
another. And the equally improbable fact that the safe opened purely
by accident just made everything that happened previously seem rather
pointless. Unlike "Chance is a Fine Thing", there just wasn't anything
in this episode to compel me to overlook the improbabilities.
