Well, you win. I have decided to pull MONEY, LOVE, AND BIRDSEED off
the ten worst list I did. So what do I replace it with, gang? Here's
what I picked:
*HOW TO MAKE A KILLING. God knows it hurts for me to have to do this,
because I l-o-v-e Jenny Elliot and Kenny in this, but this has the famous
crap recap scene, and also has Kenny forgetting that he noticed the shop
in the first half, too. Badly written, that. Oh yes, and it has Billy
Homer at his insufferable worst paired with the ever-boring Chrissie
Stuart.
That's pretty much the only episode I could think of to compete. I
debated between this and PHOTO FINISH (It of the cop-out ending), but PF
is a great early Spike story, Lynda is good even without her voice, and
there really wasn't any choice. Next up the food chain would be KILLER
ON THE LINE and GOING BACK TO JASPER STREET, and they just are too good
for a Worst List, even if they are only average episodes.
