I think the fact that Lynda noticed the crush, and expected Spike to have
noticed it as well (which I think he did despite his mind gamnes with Lynda)
is a pretty good indication that Tiddler was showing all the signs. Then
there's the fact that Tiddler asks Spike if he likes her dress (angling for
compliments?), the line when they're writing the Virginia Hume story ("Stick
to looking good in jeans"), and the fact that she's so excited when Lyda
assigns Spike and Tiddler to work together on the VH piece.
