Windfall, with out doubt - althougth I haven't seen Picking up the
Peices which is usually makes the worst episode list.

As for Kiler on the line - its a great episode lots of tension and
was much more of an ensaumbel peice then some of the others. If
your friend didn't like it I don't think she/he is going to like
press Gang. While Spike and Lynda are most peoples favourate
characters The suporting cast is very important.
