Frazz and Julie? I'm leaning towards no. In my opinion, I've always seen Frazz
as someone who didn't need a girl to be happy, and might not know what to
do with a serious girlfriend. I know Suzy (Picking up the Pieces) was one
of his flames, but for me it seemed as though Frazz were out of character in
that episode. In "Head and Heart" he goes on about how gorgeous both the
headmaster's wife, and mistress are, trivializing the whole thing. Frazz can
get down to business when necessary, as does Julie, but I just don't think
they'd be into each other that way. What I'd like to see is Kenny and Sam...
Aren't they adorable together? Ahhh...
