I will start by saying that TAC is one of my favourate episodes - I
still get shivers down my spine when I watch it.

As Evan says TAC is about Crocidiles. But also it is not about the
newsrooms reaction to drugs in fact its all about Lynda's reaction,
the fact that Frazz, and possibly Colin, agrees with her descision to
cover up the the over dose is not what she's thinking about its that
Spike didn't .

TAC is editied hight lights of Lynda's feelings to the Drugs crisis.
Lynda sticking her hand in the light switch is the begining the rest
is her going over what has happened, so its all from a personal point
of veiw.

I don't know how effective the anti drug message was but I could see
how it would be - take responcibily for your own choices (there are
crocidiles) - is a good moto for life.

>(I certainly don't
>remember any drug awareness pamphlets spelling out "If you take drugs,
>you're stupid and will die!")

Thats not what TAC is saying its saying you know the risks make your
own choice.

While the cliff hanger does leave many questions unanswered do we
really want them answered ? What makes Spike and Lynda great is
arguments and fire they have - even if the final episode had them
getting married I don' t think you could even satisfatory resolve
their relationship - and I don't know I want it resolved.
