I'd take "Breakfast at Czar's" by a nose over "Big Hello" myself, but that's a
very tight call. You can make a case for "Bad News" as well. Warts and all,
I'd also take "There Are Crocodiles" over "Big Finish", despite my passionate
love of the ending Steven Moffat wrote for BF with Spike and Lynda dancing
without music.
