I don't know if this applies, but Kenny is not too popular of a name, but
in the states most kids named Kennith (where Kenny comes from) are called
Ken most of the time. Kenny use to be popular when I was born (1977). I
have a friend named Kenny. I also have a relative named Kennith that we
still call Kenith and I know two Kenniths (father and son-SR and JR). We
call the father Kennith and the son Ken. I never can remember whether it
is spelled Kennith or Kenneth. It might very well be the latter. I'm the
world's worst speller. I'm the type of person who walks around with an
electronic spell checker in her back pocket and still misspell three
million words per second(slight exageration).
