I've never seen anything but I think he must have been doing
something. He managed to aford to come back to England. Althought in
Bad News Spike sugests that the Junior Gazette is the only place in
England that will employ him so maybe he couldn't get a job in
America either ?

I always thought that it might be a Visa problem as to why Spike
could only work at the Junior Gazette. That to come back into the UK
he had to have a job already lined up, so without the Junior Gazette
his chances of coming back into England were limited. Correct me if
I'm wrong, I have no idea why I thought that and I'm not sure if it
works like that in the UK, or if it was even an issue since Spike
had already been living in England for four years before he joined
the paper so he might not have had visa or working permit problems.
Any comments?
