Ditto. Although actually, I couldn't quite recall that it was by
Otis Redding until I read Emily's reply. But hey, Dan, do I get
extra points for remembering that Michael Bolton did a cover of it a
few years ago? (Or, IIRC, that Reeves & Mortimer, in "The Smell
of...", did an Otis Redding parody of some description, but I never
watched their show so I'm basing this purely on hearsay....)

Me neither - I remember being really gobsmacked when I heard that
whistly bit and realised it was, like, a *real* song and not one that
Dexter and Julia had made up. Or something.

There's *nothing wrong* with being strange. It's better than being
boringly normal, any day of the week.
