Excellent question, but having just dug out this scene and played it back a
few times I think we may have a problem that only Steven Moffat can answer.
Murray you're right, whatever Spike is saying is completely unintelligible.
The closest I can guess is, "all the thin blue line needs is one little
word" , but this isn't exactly what Spike sounds like he's saying, but it kinda
makes sense though. Anyone have any better suggestions ?

I think this one will run and run !

As a PS to an earlier post I made about Paul Reynolds appearing on
CITY CENTRAL tonight in the UK, I was wrong - it wasn't him, but someone
who looked a bit like him !
