I think your roommate is looking to superficialy at Lynda's character
- have you tried showing her At Last A Dragon. That shows a lot of
Lynda's more vunerable side.

Why not - its perfictly in Character even if you don't like Lynda,
she lost the fight and control of the situation resulting in his
death. Why wouldn't she feel guilty? Steven Moffat was very carefull
to make his character three dimensional.
