The thing that bothered me was the way Spike justified Lynda's death by
saying: "The firemen said no-one could've got out".
So, they didn't hang round to look for a body then? Just seems a little
unlikely. But then I'm picky. I just think Spike would know for sure
whether or not Lynda had been killed.
