Cite me an example of Frazz being against Spike and Lynda in the last three series', Mr Nauta, and I'll give you three of him being for it. >Colin would love a chance to get >into show business (Where you can actually see him as being almost >plausible.) Indeed - he would made a great double act with his escape artist. >Sarah's not around much and >ordinarily wouldn't figure in anything going on in a "sixth season" >Junior Gazette if it survived, but her continuing friendship with Spike >could always prove an irritant to the always suspicious Lynda Day. Yes, but let's not get your theories and the actual events of the show mixed up - there was never any suggestion of Spike being in contact with Sarah, and the events of "Friends Like These" showed Spike more concerned about preventing Sarah from hurting Lynda's feelings than preventing Sarah from going. (I'd never given the theory too much thought before now - I just placed it in the "intersting idea" file - but I've decided now that I'm agin' it - it doesn't add up. I've been in Spike-and-Sarah type relationships (because I'm *such* a wealth of information about successful courting :) :) ;) ), and the sort of respect Sarah had for Spike doesn't necessitate a crush being under the surface. (and yes, I'm prepared for a comeback about the kiss in "The Big Goodbye?"). >Kevin (Who decided not to write about Spike and Peri meeting up >anywhere. Sorry, Murray.) Peri? A non-starter for me (she's a Dr Who side-kick for those wondering) now *Kate (series three-five head of graphics/newsteam extra series one and two) and Frazz* - there's a piece of fanfic I'd like to see.
